It is situated on the beautiful, prestigious community of Orange Tree (off highway 27) and is bordered to the rear by a conservation area. On-site amenities include a five acre recreational area with a soccer pitch, toddlers playground, full size basketball court and a tennis court.

For those who enjoy a game of golf there are 20 golf courses within twenty minutes drive from the community including five championship golf courses in the Disney Resort alone. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away and boasts over 120 feet of elevation changes, making it one of the few hilly courses around. Most of the courses are open to the public, requiring no membership, only payment of green fees.

The screened pool at the villa is ideal for relaxing after a tiring day at the theme parks with its 6 sun loungers and outside shower. As it faces South West, it is sun drenched for most. For that relaxing evening, it also has underwater illumination.
