THE ELEGANT DINING ROOM is an extension of the great room with a dining table/6 chairs. THE KITCHEN faces south to provide a sunny breakfast area. It has an oven, refridgerator/freezer (with ice maker), microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, food blender and plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. |

As it faces south west it is sun drenched for most of the day and for that relaxing even has under water illumination. The large shady lanai/patio with its patio table and chairs is ideal for al-fresco meals POOL SECURITY****ALARMED DOORS AND ROLLAWAY SAFETY FENCING. The pool may be heated but is usually only required during winter months. |

My villa provides the perfect retreat from all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and many shopping areas as it is only minutes away from Disneyworld and the other attractions Orlando has to offer. It is situated on the beautiful, prestigious area of Orange Tree (Off Highway 27) and is bordered to the rear by a conservation area. On site amenities include a five acre recreational area with a soccer pitch, toddlers playgound, full size basketball court and a tennis court. For those who enjoy a game of golf there are 20 golf courses within twenty minutes drive of the community including five championship courses in the Disney resort area alone. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away and boasts over 120 feet of elevation changes, making it one of the few hilly courses around. Most of the courses are open to the public, requiring no membership, only payment of green fees. |
